You set your own ticket price. Guests pay that amount. You receive it minus €1.50. No credit card at signup, no monthly invoice.
Bulk email campaigns, AI LiveWall moderation and extra photo storage are optional add-ons — pay-per-use, only if you need them.
Why is Mijn Reünie free?
Organising a reunion is something you do once every few years — sometimes once in a lifetime. A monthly subscription doesn't make sense for that. So we chose a model that aligns with how reunions actually work: free to use, and a small fee only when you generate revenue.
The €1.50 per sold ticket covers our payment processing, servers and ongoing development. If your reunion is completely free of charge — no tickets — then we earn nothing either. That's fair, and it's intentional.
This also means that anyone — a class committee on a tight budget, a family group, a sports club — can use all the features without needing to justify a subscription cost to their members. Getting started is completely free, and you only pay once the reunion is already profitable enough to cover it.

Frequently asked questions
Is Mijn Reünie really completely free?
Yes. Creating your reunion website, managing the guest list, photo albums, LiveWall and QR check-in are all completely free. You only pay when you sell tickets: €1.50 per sold ticket. There are no monthly fees, no setup costs and no hidden charges.
Do I need a credit card to get started?
No. You create an account with your email address. No credit card, no payment details, nothing. Only when you actually sell tickets does a transaction fee of €1.50 per ticket apply.
What happens if I don't sell any tickets?
Then you pay nothing. The free features — website, LiveWall, QR check-in, photo albums and guest list — remain completely free, whether you sell tickets or not.
How does the €1.50 ticket fee work exactly?
You set your own ticket price — for example €15 per person. Guests pay €15. You receive €13.50 per ticket sold (€15 minus €1.50). The transaction costs are the only cost per sold ticket. There are no additional payment processor costs on top of this.
Can I organise a free reunion without ticket sales?
Absolutely. If your reunion is free of charge, you simply don't enable ticket sales. You still get the full website, LiveWall, QR check-in (for free registration scanning) and photo albums — all at no cost.
Are there any optional paid features?
Yes. In addition to the free core platform, there are optional modules: bulk email campaigns, AI moderation for the LiveWall and extra photo storage. These are pay-per-use — you only add them if you need them. The core functionality is always free.
