Do guests need to download an app?

No, absolutely not. Everything works entirely in the browser. Guests scan a QR code and can instantly post messages on the Livewall.

Can I manage multiple reunions at the same time?

Yes, from your dashboard you can create and manage multiple reunions. Each event has its own website, ticket management, and settings.

How many guests can I invite?

With all plans — Basic, Premium, and Ultimate — you can invite an unlimited number of guests. Check our pricing page for an overview of what differs per package.

Can I sell tickets through Mijn Reünie?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can create multiple ticket types, such as with or without dinner. Payments are processed securely via Stripe (iDEAL, Bancontact) and the money reaches your account quickly. We charge 10% service fees with a maximum of €1.50 per ticket.

Can I customize the website to match my own style?

Yes, you can upload your own logo, color scheme, and cover photo so the reunion website truly feels like yours. With Premium and Ultimate, you also choose from multiple themes and can connect your own domain name.

What is the Livewall and how does it work?

The Livewall is an interactive display you can show during the reunion on a projector or large screen. Guests post messages from their phones, which appear live instantly. With Premium you choose from basic designs; with Ultimate you also get the Polaroid and Festive styles plus an automatic AI filter for inappropriate content.

How many photos can I upload?

It depends on your plan. Basic offers 1 photo album with a maximum of 100 photos. Premium gives you 10 albums with 1,000 photos in total. Ultimate offers 100 albums with space for 10,000 photos.

Can I connect my own domain name?

Yes, with the Ultimate plan you can connect your own domain name to your reunion website. You can easily set this up in your reunion settings. Every plan includes a free URL in the format mijnreunie.nl/r/[name].

What is the Check-in App?

With the Ultimate plan you get access to a Check-in App for the door. Using a QR scanner, you can quickly and easily check in guests upon arrival, without paper lists. The app also works offline and syncs once a connection is restored.

Yes, you can start right away with a free 7-day trial on the plan of your choice. We do not require credit card details.

Can I keep using the website for free?

Absolutely! In addition to our paid packages, we offer a Basic plan that will always remain free for organizers. This gives you your own website and lets you manage unlimited sign-ups and tickets.

What are the costs after the trial period?

We use transparent one-time fees per reunion: Basic (free), Premium, or Ultimate. You are never locked into a subscription — the package is valid until 30 days after your reunion and does not auto-renew.

What is the difference between Basic, Premium, and Ultimate?

Basic is always free and includes a website, ticket sales, and 1 photo album. Premium (€59 one-time) adds an interactive Livewall, 10 photo albums, your own social media links, and more email campaigns. Ultimate (€99 one-time) includes everything in Premium plus a Check-in App, advanced visitor statistics, a custom domain, and all Livewall designs with AI moderation.

Can I upgrade to a higher plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time from your dashboard via 'Subscription'. You pay the one-time fee for the higher plan. Downgrading is possible once the current period expires.

Is my data safe and GDPR-compliant?

Absolutely. All data is stored on European servers, fully GDPR-compliant. We never sell or share your or your guests' data with third parties. You have full control over who can view the photo albums.

Who can view the photo albums?

Only guests with the direct link to your reunion website can view photo albums. You have full control over visibility and can set albums to private at any time.

Is the Livewall moderated?

Accepted Answer

Yes. As an organizer you can manually approve or reject posts and photos before they appear on screen. With the Ultimate plan, an automatic AI NSFW filter is also active, detecting and blocking inappropriate content before it appears.
