How long does it take to set up a reunion?
You can have the basics of your reunion website up and running within 5 minutes. You can immediately claim your URL and start adding information for your guests.
Can I do this if I'm not great with computers?
Yes. There is nothing to install and nothing to build. You fill in the name, the date and the venue in an ordinary form, and your reunion website is there. If you do get stuck, we'll help you along by phone or email.
Do guests need to download an app?
No, absolutely not. Everything works completely in the browser. Guests scan a QR code and can instantly post messages on the Livewall.
Is Mijn Reünie really completely free?
The platform itself costs you nothing: your reunion website, guest list, the Livewall, photo albums, statistics and the check-in app are all included. You only pay a €1.50 service fee per ticket sold, plus optionally the Pro Package.
Can I continue to use the website for free?
Yes, always. There is no trial period and no subscription. If your guests sign up for free you pay nothing at all, however many sign-ups come in. If you sell paid tickets, a €1.50 service fee applies per ticket sold — and you decide whether your guest covers it or you do.
What about the privacy of the photos?
Your data is safe with us. We store everything on European servers and never sell data to third parties. You have full control over who can view the photo albums.
How does payment for the Pro Package work?
The Pro Package costs €50 one-time and includes 10,000 email credits, AI security, extra photo storage, and face recognition. You pay this once per reunion, and nothing renews automatically.
