What do you receive per ticket?

No subscription or setup costs
You pay nothing to get started and there's no contract. Stop whenever you want.
No percentage of your revenue
The service fee is a flat €1.50. A €50 ticket costs you exactly the same as a €10 one.
Free tickets never cost anything
Are your guests registering for free? Then you pay no service fee, however many registrations come in.
No VAT on our rates

Pro Package is one-time
The Pro Package is paid once per event. Nothing is ever silently charged again.
Your revenue goes straight to you
Payments run through your own Mollie account and are paid out within a few business days. We never hold on to your money.
Mollie transaction fees
Payments run through your own Mollie account. On top of our service fee, Mollie charges a flat amount per successful transaction. These are Mollie standard rates; your own agreement with Mollie takes precedence.

Mollie provides up to five free payouts per month; after that €0.25 applies per extra payout. If your payout schedule is daily during a busy sales period, that can add up.

Is Mijn Reünie really completely free?
The platform itself costs you nothing: your event website, guest list, the Livewall, photo albums, statistics and the check-in app are all included. You only pay a €1.50 service fee per ticket sold, plus the optional Pro Package if you choose to activate it.
Who pays the €1.50 service fee per ticket?
You choose, per ticket type. By default your guest pays €1.50 on top of your ticket price and you keep 100% of what you charge. You can also choose to cover the service fee yourself: then your guest sees one round amount and the €1.50 comes out of your revenue.
Do I pay service fees on free tickets?
No. Free tickets and free registrations never incur a service fee, even if you also sell paid tickets alongside them. So if you organise a completely free event, you pay nothing at all.
Are there hidden costs or subscriptions?
No. No subscription, no contract and no credit card required. The service fee is a flat amount, not a percentage of your revenue. Beyond that you only pay for the Pro Package or White-label if you activate them yourself, and all amounts are exempt from VAT.
How and when do I receive the ticket revenue?
Guests pay via Mollie using iDEAL or Bancontact. The revenue is paid out directly to your own bank account within a few business days — the money never sits with us for long.
Are there any other costs?
We offer an optional Pro Package for €50. This package includes 10,000 email credits, storage for 1,000 photos, AI moderation and face recognition. Additionally, you can choose the White-label option for €9.99. You only pay for what you switch on, and nothing renews automatically.
How long does my event website stay online?
After your event the website stays up for another 60 days, so guests can view and share photos.
What if my event doesn't go ahead?
You're not tied to anything. There's no subscription running and no notice period. If you haven't sold any tickets, you haven't paid any service fees either.
